Why do I get tinnitus after a shower? I think I figured out one of my triggers! – taking an effing shower. I tried wearing waterproof ear plugs which made it worse. Without plugs I’m still screwed. I could take a bath but that takes too long.
Looks like I’m going to be stinking like shit for quite awhile. Luckily most people wear masks pretty well, so that’ll help hide my stink. Fuck you Tinnitus.
