Dr Cliff. Can you help me with the following problem?
My Android has successfully Bluetooth paired with Kirkland 10.0. I can answer and create calls and I can hear fine however people can't hear me all that well, they say it sounds like I am far away. The local Costco hearing aid specialists know about this but can't fix it.
Just got a pair of the KS10 from Costco Australia , did have the oticon OPN 2 , (5 years old previously) costco in Australia had fully qualified audiologist and so far I’m extremely happy with the KS10, as my health insurance covered the 90% of the cost ,
Your videos have been very helpful going in to get a new pair of hearing aids ,
so far I can't find a costco with an audiologist on site… only have reps onsite…. is there any reason to go with costco versus lively if there is no audiologist at costco, but lively has audiologists look at my test results and helps with tweaks to my hearing aids…
Could you tell me what features the last firmware update give to the Phonak that the Kirklands now lack?
Thank you this was very helpful
Can you post the spec sheet on the KS10 vs Audeo paradise in particular I'm trying to see if Costco version has the Rodger receiver such that it can use phonak Rodger mics directly
$1799.99 AUD in Queensland Australia atm .
Are these a Cross compatible device…for those of us with single sided deafness?
The title of this video is misleading. You are spending more time on the Phonak Audeo Paradise Rechargeable. Obviously you are trying to sell the phonak, which I bet gives you more profit.
Ballsy of you to ask us to like and subscribe before we've even watched your video!
What is predicted battery lifespan? When the non-removable battery will sop charging, you will have to toss the entire hearing aid.
Just shared your wonderful video to a friend so thank you, keep up the good work. I love my Kirklands and love their price.

I think rechargeable aids should be made so that it could use a battery in case it runs down and the fact that you said they have to be repaired more often scares me away from this aid.I guess I'll wait for something better. Thanks for the info
Looking to add these as a backup to my p90’s. To wear in high humidity dusty work shop and on boat. Are they really ip68 water resistant? Severe hearing loss.
Nice review. I currently have the KS8.0 aids and love them. I am leaning toward the rechargeable KS aides whenever my current ones die. Hopefully I can get another year out of my current aids. Costco might have far superior aids by then. The techs at my local Costco have seemed very competent and helpful at every encounter.
You made mention about decibels range after 60 dB. My right ear is 75 dB and my left is 65 dB. I can't find your statement about a certain aid that is best for this loss.
How do I know if I have a good audiologist? I've been having problems with hissing sounds while I'm on Bluetooth when a notification comes in. I was told I need android 12 on my cell but its not available on my Samsung 9 cell.
I have a Bte Signia_Now_Iam not able to hear the phone correct sound__Thereis any solution_?How much cost?
Amazing and detailed review! If I lived in Arizona, I would be your customer NO matter the cost. THANKS!
What is the cost of the Lyric h.a. you're discussing.
I have tried some hearing aids and none have worked for me, they sound like a robot and it is not understood. The latest, Siemens Micon 7 are sitting in my closet. What do you recommend me?
Thank you for this excellent review. I keep disconnecting my calls because i often need to adjust my glasses. Am trying to find out how to disable the tapping feature.
Which other hearing aids at Costco do a better job with high frequency hearing loss?
Many thanks for your informative video and explanations of the various functions the Signature 10.0T has. I today placed the order for these devices in the Tampa Costco store. Thanks so much since I saved a lot of money rather than my audiologist ones. Will update when I have them fitted.
Do you have a video on how to pick a brand if I wear a (right) CROS. And should they cost less than the (normal left side) hearing aid?
Your other video on the Costco Testing/Fitting process, was very revealing….makes me hesitate about wasting my money. Thank you very much for providing that analysis and real world information.
Is there a cycle release timeframe for when Kirkland updates their hearing aid? For example, how long did it take for Costco to release 9.0 to the updated 10.0. My concern is that I will purchase the 10.0’s and might miss the opportunity to upgrade to 11.0 and pay the same or more in price. Also, I haven’t seen much about battery life on a single charge, it depends on configurations but what is an average charge?
