Has anyone gone to a rave (usually at 110 db and above) with custom moulded ear plugs? If so did your T flare up or were the ear plugs effective at keeping it at bassline? Have you any advice? I’m 7 months in and it has come down almost to nothing but worried it might flare up as it has been mild to severe at its worst points. I have no detectable hearing loss. Thanks in advance..
