Is there anything that can protect us from an increase in T volume when trying an AD?

Or at least is there any biomarker to show that you should not try at least at that moment?

My tinnitus volume got louder when I tried Luvox but also decreased my Zoloft. I tried 25mg of Luvox and stopped.

I am wondering if lower doses might mitigate the risks.
