I have a feeling that I was born with tinnitus because I don’t remember the first ever time hearing ringing in my ears. The ringing doesn’t even sound like it’s in my ears more like my head. I don’t know what the cause is but the past week I only became aware how hard it is to sleep and I don’t know what to do.
