  1. I’ve experienced vertigo and dizziness and my primary mentioned ETD. She said there’s a technique that may help cure it but she doesn’t do it anymore because patients may experience bad nausea. Can you help with this?

  2. Help needed-I was in a car accident 30 days ago my car was hit hard and the air bags above my head left side went off as well as the seats-I was not to seriously hurt except for my left arm and hearing in my left ear from airbags or hitting the door window-when I open or close my estatistician tube on left ear makes a weird electronic sound like a video game chirp-also when I hold a phone to my left ear the voices sound like high pitch Minnie mouse voices-I do not notice that much when regular conversation-I went to a ENT doctor who checked my hearing and they just said give it some time-I am going to find another ENT Dr. that may specialize in hearing with more understanding-any info here forwarded to me will greatly help me out-Thanks you-

  4. Can I ask you what are your sources for possible causes of patent Eustachian tube. I’ve never seen the chewing gum, dehydration, nasal decongestants etc anywhere and I’d like to have some proof since that’s what I have done and I seem to have it now

  6. For around 2 1/2 years, my ears have been crinkling, popping, crackling to no end! It gets worse gradually over time to now it sounds like a bag of chips is opening in my ear every time I move my jaw, swallow, try to put air into my ear because of altitude change, and nothing ever works. Every time I get a cold and get the natural ear clogging cause by the sickness, I can never re stabilize the pressure in my ear because of it. Does anybody know what would be best before I soon get it checked out?

  8. I never ever have pain in my ear BUT whenever I yawn or drink fast my left ear pops CONSTANTLY. I don’t know what to do. I went to urgent care and they didn’t say much. Currently I’m trying to go to sleep but my left ear is popped/muffled and I hear my own voice.

  9. I will be 40 in 2024. Throughout my life, beginning around a year and a half in age, I began suffering middle ear infections. From ages 3-13, four sets of tubes were placed along with tympanoplasty on my ear drums to repair perforations at age 13. I am so over the tubes. While not having had a middle ear infection in about 15 years, I suffer chronic ETD of all three types at various points in my life. I wish our FDA would approve the balloon surgery as standard instead of experimental so that I could afford the procedure! Thanks to our not so affordable health care act, my deductible is far too high.
