Do you think that slowly tapering up an SSRI can make the whole difference on triggering T?

I mean, maybe T is due to a shock in an oversensitive CNS?

I had a spike trying to start Luvox at 25mg. But I am considering trying again starting on 5mg and tapering up slowly.

Your thoughts?
