  1. I had a pair of Kirkland signature 6 that came with a cool remote to switch back and forth on different programs (general and crowd reduction), easy volume control, and it would let me know when the battery was low or how much juice was left in them. Sadly, I lost that pair and when I went to replace them at Costco, I found that they sell the signature 9 now. Love the quality and the Bluetooth sync, but no remote and their apps (myphoneak, and easy remote) are absolute garbage. I don't have time to turn my hearing aids off and on multiple times to get the app to sync to my phone! Why are these apps such garbage? I know you're just a reviewer but you are a hearing specialist, do you have any ideas for getting more control over my hearing aids?

  3. Had mine for two months now, great hearing aid, I was hoping that the sound quality was going to be better, but what can you expect for $1500.
I will give these hearing aids a 7/10 since they are great, but lacking in some of the features other hearing aids have.

  7. Costco Kirkland Signature Series 10 $1399
I was in Costco today (April 1, 2021) and they were putting the signs up for the new KS10's. The price is $100 less than the KS9's (seems Costco continues to drop the price by $100 each year). They had a case of KS10's in stock ready to sell. I asked the audiology fitter that was opening the case what the difference was and he said they are identical to the KS9's except they are now rechargeable and include the telecoil. For $1,399 you get a pair of HA's with a rechargeable case (the case is also chargeable so you can charge from the case even if it's not powered). My KS9's are a week away from the end of my 6 month trial and they said I can return them for full refund and get the KS10 instead if I want (..and $100 back 😉 ). I really like the KS9's and they've worked out great for me, so I'm going to make the change.
