Is it OK to listen to pink noise?

Is it OK to listen to pink noise? I woke up yesterday morning August 10th for the 1st time in 11 months without tinnitus. I was shocked.
My portable loudspeaker near my pillow was still playing pink noise (phone app Beltone) from when I went to sleep that night.

I couldn’t believe it. For the first time, I felt normal. Replacing it was a very background alternating sore ear pulses very light. Like minor pressure waves of soreness. They kind of melted out and back in.

My audiologist had told me to play pink noise every night for 20 minutes to re-program my brain. I had fallen asleep to it for a couple of nights. Why pink noise? I don’t know. I just know she told me to so I did it. Yes, I also take Ginko Biloba and Valerian Root. What helped? Not sure. I also, as of today, also hear a very faint high pitch tone. It is much better. We will see if it holds.

My point is try listening to pink noise every night for brain re-programming.

I recommend the Beltone Calmer phone app designed for Tinnitus sufferers. It is simple, easy and effective. It has all the soundscapes you would want and Pink noise.
