  1. Hi Jodie! Amazed by your preserverence! Were you ever prescribed a mild diuretic or any other HTN treatments? I know that acetazolamide is a common treatment of idiopathic intracranial hypertension.

  2. It was so disturbing the sound and ringing I was having on my both ears, I had to complain to Dr Madida on YouTube and he gave me a herbal supplement which I used for specified time by Dr Madida and before I could even finish the treatment the disturbance on my ears stopped and it is 4 months after the treatment and the ringing in my ears never comes up again.

  3. I think mine started just recently when I woke up from a morning, and i honestly couldn't cope with it I kept crying and I thought it would be the cold or me shaking my head to move my fringe out of way or i pulled something in my neck or something but honestly idk I tell my mum and she's got me ear drops and honestly don't think she understands how horrible it is and how scary it is honestly but I'm gaping to doctors soon hopefully I'm just scared I'm not gonna be taken seriously, its like a whooshing/ beating rhythm for me

  4. Dear Jodie Poole … Here I am again 🙂 Thank you for your previous answers. I've seen your other videos too. Thank you for telling your surgery and complaints so clearly in your videos. May I know the name of the hospital where you were treated with stent. What hospital is it where Dr. Higgins works? I also have exactly the same complaints as you. I am very sick at the moment and I have epileptic ataks because of that little oxygen, suffer from heart fibrillation all day long. I live in the Netherlands and already 5 years ago this disease started very little now after 5 years I can no longer live normally. There is no doctor here in the Netherlands who cannot operate Significant venous sinus stenosis. I would like to come to London for appointment with this doctor. Kind regards from the Netherlands Mrs. Pinar.

  8. I have had this pulsing in the left ear 24/7 for 18 years. No one knows what causes it or how to treat it. It is hard to deal with and very few people understand what I have to deal with. I gave up talking about it because no one really knows what it is. Tinnitus should not be part of the description as it is nothing like the tinnitus people identify with. I had severe vertigo when it first struck me. The vertigo has lessened but not the pulsation noise. The human mind is very adept at coping isn't it! I get the sound of silence whenever my heart skips a beat. Now I look forward to the day my heart finally stops and I will be at peace. I live in a small town in Canada.

  12. U are not alone) I am struggling with the same whooshing sound in my right ear. And, unfortunately, in my country medicine level is not that high, i just have to deal with it, and hope that one day in will gone away. (The only finding after MRV/MRA was that i have only one venous sinus on the right side(my whooshing side), the left is absent, and doctor said that there is no treatment option for me, just live with it…)

  13. Hello, I just wanted to recommend that anyone suffering from PT (not Tinnitus but Pulsatile Tinnitus, the two are entirely different conditions) seek out the Facebook group called Pulsatile Tinnitus “Whooshers” Unite!

If you have PT and are feeling alone, frustrated, misunderstood and most of all misdiagnosed, you should join. It is a wonderful group.

  14. Really interesting and it's good to know I'm not alone.
Mine is a throbbing noise that comes and goes, I'm thankful it doesn't impede my sleep or keep me up. But it drives me MAD! 😆 It sounds like an angry owl hooting in my ear.
I'm still waiting to talk to a consultant about it to see if anything can be done. Fingers crossed 😁

  15. I wish you well on your journey. I also suffer from pulsatile tinnitus for the past 4 or 5 years after getting an ear infection. I haven’t really followed up with a doctor yet, but I need to since it is quite distressing. It doesn’t let me sleep well, so I need to use a white noise machine at night. I will be making an appointment with my doctor very soon as it seems to be getting worse. I hope you find relief soon! 👂🏻
