Can i get tinnitus if I listen to asmr on my earbuds for sleep? Hey guys, I’m 14 and have been using earbuds a lot since December, like around 2 to 3 hours a night, I mostly use it to listen to asmr to fall asleep, but also for listening to music and watching videos, I am trying to stop using them since they’re bad for your ears but I find it difficult to do so, do you guys think I’ll get tinnitus if I keep using earbuds like this? (I listen usually at less than half than max volume, but sometimes I raise it to over 50%)
