Bose Sleepbuds 2 for Tinnitus
Bose recently launched noise masking sleepbuds. Tiny wireless earbuds designed for comfort that deliver soothing sounds to help you sleep. Bose sells the sleepbuds to everyone who has trouble falling asleep. This could be due to unwanted noises like snoring or traffic. These are groups who might benefit from these earbuds. Those with Tinnitus, Since many patients suffer from Tinnitus, and we understand how it affects their sleep patterns.
The new Bose sleepbuds only work with the Bose Sleep app. Meaning you can’t listen to music or other forms of entertainment. The sleepbuds provide soothing sounds you can choose from. This is ranging from beach settings to campfires. To help you fall and stay asleep as much as possible. Some sounds are better suited to help mask unwanted noise, and some are designed purely for relaxation.
Bose calls their new buds ‘bedtime wearable technology’. Which aim to help you relax and fall asleep quicker. If you’ve tried everything to escape the sounds of other audible distractions you’ve probably tried listening to music. I’ve always found that, although this can work, wearing some earphones to bed can make it harder to lay comfortably (especially if you’re a side sleeper). The way earbuds protrude or sit in my ears always creates pressure points in my ears which become sore.
The Bose Sleepbuds II
The Bose Sleepbuds 2 for Tinnitus come in a futuristic looking charging case. Which reminds me of a sleep pod from a sci-fi movie. Usually I would talk down about a ‘large’ charging case but considering they’ll likely only sit on your bedside table 24/7, rather than in your pocket, I actually like the premium design. The buds have 10 hours of battery life themselves. The case offers an additional 30 hours of battery life with LEDs.
The buds themselves feel totally different to any earbuds I’ve used. Even just holding them in your hand they feel soft. And they’re made so that they sit completely inside your ear. So you can lay on your sides and fit snugly so that they won’t fall out.
