  2. Why in the he'll would you need a prescription? Its like a wheel chair or glasses. I know for glasses you get a prescription but it's not illegal its just the description of type that you need.

  3. my understanding is this is mostly just a reclassification of can be called a hearing aid and these cheap offerings are not the same as the more expensive aids that need prescription.
