Idk if anyone can help me. But my right ear has randomly started hurting in the middle of the night. It started itching a few weeks ago and I didn’t think anything of it. I've had tinnitus for about 50 yrs. I can pinpoint exactly when & how it started. After attending my first concert (Leon Russell) my ears rang LOUDLY for about 3 days afterward. After 3 days the high pitched ringing quieted down some but it has never gone away. Aspirin will make it worse so I try not to use it too much.
